The clothing of all who are involved in the preparation, handling and packaging of food must be:

• Light colored to show dirt easily;
• Always clean and well maintained in order;
• change frequently.

The shoes to use in the workplace should be possibly different from those used outside for obvious reasons. The personal and work shoes should always be placed into individual lockers located in the locker room.

In this specific case, that is in the kitchen, the shoes used are appropriate safety shoes with steel toe and non-slip soles.
