Just yesterday I attended the course for the renewal of the health education booklet. From the three years from the date of issue there are substantial differences in dates of entry into force of the EU Regulations (2007) which repealed the previous legislation. Some of the main differences are:
- The requirement for traceability of goods
- The obligation of means to transport food regularized (from ASL)
- Exchange (though slight) of the penalties under the obligation to
- a plan of self-control that must be present in the room
- All OSA (food business operators) have the primary responsibility for product safety.
updates from the course will be used to maintain and deepen their own knowledge, with particular attention to hygiene of the person and the contrast of foodborne illness. The update is run with the same conditions as the basic training courses.
